Application:

Sodium Acetate (CAS: 127-09-3) is used as buffering agent, seasoning reagent, flavoring agent and pH regulator, etc. In food production, it is used as a buffer for flavoring agents and as a meat preservative. As a buffering agent for seasonings, this product can alleviate bad odor and prevent discoloration, and has a certain anti-mildew effect. It is used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, photography medicine, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, bronzing and textile industry, printing and dyeing mordant, auxiliary agent, desiccant and mordant for acetylation, chemical reagent, meat anti-corrosion, pigment, tanning and many other aspects. It is employed in production of dye materials, as a polymerization catalyst, as a polymer stabilizer, as a plating agent, preparation of gel stains. Sodium Acetate is used as a base in several organic reactions in research laboratories and industries.
